Yes you need to keep those people that constantly make you unhappy away from you before they infect you with their ailment. Its a choice to be happy,and its the best choice ever.
I personally have some encounters in this area in the past and now i am grateful for salvation.
I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and ever since i have been growing in the knowledge of God.
First of all accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Secondly pray for the grace to study the bible regularly because there in lies the secret to your breakthrough.
And as you do these 2 God himself will begin to take you through.
We all need knowledge in the word of God to conquer our every day challenges.
No one is strong enough to stand alone and succeed without Jesus in your life.
Don't look at others who may have fallen by the way side, try Him yourself and have a personal encounter.
Read Isaiah chapter 51 verse 3.
